Introduction

I am excited to have the opportunity to work with you wherever you are on your journey. I work with adult individuals and have over 15 years of experience working with trauma and sexual assault/abuse. I believe that by creating safe spaces individuals are able to connect with their inner compass, explore their own wisdom, and embody this awareness in action that leads to an empowered life. I bring my years of experience and training in a variety of modalities to help you achieve your goals. In addition to my work with Trauma and Survivors of Sexual Assault/Abuse, I have a passion for working with anyone wishing to improve their relationship with themselves and with those around them. Utilizing NARM, Mindful Self-Compassion, and Somatic approaches I ask individuals to go beyond just surviving to living a more enriched life. I bring my curiosity, compassion, and playfulness to my work, as well as a dedication to helping individuals align with their deepest truth. My ardent wish is for individuals to become a haven to themselves.
