Wendy provides a safe, judgement-free, compassionate space to “unpack your bag”. Wendy will support you while you explore your feelings, navigate the challenges in your life and identify unhealthy patterns that are barriers to positive change. Wendy uses a strength based approach to help guide you in identifying behaviors and patterns that no longer serve you and replace them with adaptive and healthy behaviors that can help you reach your goals and thrive!
