Wendy is a Licensed Professional Counselor through the State of Mississippi as well as a board-certified supervisor. She received a PhD in Counselor Education and Supervision from Liberty University. She received a Master of Arts in Marriage and Family Counseling and a Master of Arts in Christian Education from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary. She has over twenty years of experience in counseling, including intensive inpatient care specializing in eating disorders, trauma work, and body image issues. She also has extensive experience with family therapy as well as marital and premarital workshops. Wendy is passionate about her work as a counselor and supervisor. Her goal as a counselor is to equip clients with tools to empower themselves through their counseling process.
