Introduction

I am a licensed professional clinical counselor with a Master's Degree in Counseling from Heidelberg University. I have over 20 years of experience in treating individual mental health and chemical dependency issues with extensive experience in the field of substance abuse, working with mood disorders, abuse victims, codependency, behavioral issues of children and adolescents, and more. I use many counseling theories while often working on the impact thinking has on feelings and actions as well as using reality based techniques to assist you to identify if your choices work for you and how if you are ready to make changes. I often use humor as well as challenged you to look at your behavioral and thinking patterns to promote change.
