I am here to help you optimize different aspects of your life and reconnect with the sense of purpose deep within you. It is time to prioritize your wellness and mental health. Intersectionality and marginalized experiences are important focuses of my work. I have a special interest in issues surrounding family and family formation. I enjoy working with families, students, creative professionals, and folks in the media, tech, and gaming industry. I welcome clients of all sexual orientations and gender identities.
