At our practice, you will be supported by a dedicated team of compassionate and caring therapists. We are a trauma-informed, community-oriented practice using evidence-based treatment modalities for depression, anxiety, trauma, PTSD, grief/loss, mood disorders, emotional regulation and anger management needs, as well as other challenges and life transitions. We recognize that mind and body are connected in our experience of life. We believe treatment for emotion, mood, and mind should incorporate body-oriented skills integrating mindfulness, meditation, and other body-based grounding tools to reduce distress, change experiential patterns, and improve relationships with self and others.
