Struggling with anxiety, stress, depression, or ADHD? I have over 20 years of experience empowering kids, teens, and young adults with coping skills to navigate challenges and build resiliency. Counseling is a very personal thing and as such requires an individualized approach and plan. I tailor therapy to assure clients are getting the best results possible. I am trained in EMDR, Cognitive Behavioral (CBT), Dialectical (DBT), Positive Psychology, and Solution Focused Brief psychotherapy approaches. I accept Select Health, DMBA, EMI, and Regence Blue Cross/Blue Shield insurance.
