Hello and thank you for visiting. I hope you find the support you are looking for. I believe all people can make positive changes in their lives, its how we learn, grow and heal. Positive change happens when we are self-aware and intentional with our thoughts and actions. I work with my clients to ascertain what they wish to see change while helping them build self-awareness and intentionality in their lives so they can create the changes they wish to see. I use a variety of evidence based approaches to clinical counseling, such as CBT, to help gain control of thoughts, REBT, to sort out the interconnectedness of thoughts, feelings and behaviors, and mindfulness teachings to build awareness and intentionality. These approaches will alleviate symptoms of Trauma, PTSD, Anxiety and Depression allowing change to happen.
