Introduction

My ideal clients are teens, adults, or couples who feel disconnected—from themselves, from others, or from their path. They may be navigating trauma, physical conditions, relationship wounds, or life transitions that have left them feeling stuck or fragmented. They’re often searching for deeper healing—something beyond just coping—yearning for reconnection, clarity, and inner peace. As someone who immigrated from Peru at 19 and has walked a personal healing journey rooted in both modern psychology and ancestral wisdom, I understand the complexity of holding multiple identities and finding belonging across worlds. I blend psychotherapy with EMDR, somatic therapy, breathwork, and sound healing—grounded in both science and ancestral wisdom. I hold space with compassion and cultural sensitivity, supporting the Latinx community in trauma healing, emotional regulation, and reconnection to self through holistic, heart-centered care. Healing doesn’t have to feel clinical or cold—it can be soulful, warm, and deeply human. If you’re feeling called to explore your healing in a space that honors both your psychology and your spirit, I’m here. You don’t have to do this alone—let’s walk the path together.
