Introduction

If you are a single parent and struggling with a pre-teen or a teenager, Im the person you need to talk to. I worked in the school system for 5 years as a guidance counselor. I specialize in anxiety , and depression. I have great methods to use to decrease your anxiousness so you can enjoy a happy and relaxed life. Im a solution-focused therapist. I use this method in almost all of my sessions and it has been a great experience with a lot of success. Working with couples and families is another passion I have. If you are contemplating whether to stay in your relationship or leave, lets talk and explore your options. I specialize in anxiety, behavior problem with adolescence, ADHD, and ADD. I coach people in different areas like stress management, relationships, family conflict and help with practicing executive skills in children and adolescents-completing chores around the house, use system for organizing schoolwork, chucking work, and time management. Im from a Middle Eastern background. I speak, read and write the Arabic language. I was raised overseas and I'm very familiar with the culture and the religious background. Most of my experience is with adolescents and adults. I offer free consultation in both languages for 30 min. Im very flexible and easy going as log as you are.
