Hi! I'm Vy (she/her). I provide individual therapy to adults (18+) who are experiencing symptoms commonly associated with the diagnoses of PTSD, depression, and anxiety. Therapy is an opportunity to practice how to reflect, explore, process, learn, adapt, and grow our self-compassion, and then put it into action in our daily lives.
