Taking that first step of seeking counseling can be tough. It's hard to imagine sharing your most intimate experiences, thoughts and challenges with a total stranger. I understand, I've been there. I have a deep level of compassion and a heart to help those who are hurting. My goal is to help you successfully navigate through life's challenging situations, while providing a safe place where you receive gentleness and compassion not pressure or judgment. I offer a personalized approach that is tailored to each client's individual needs. I work with a wide range of emotional and behavioral issues including the impact of trauma, depression, anxiety or grief/loss. Together, we will focus on problem solving, goal setting, and identifying your strengths to help you live a more fulfilled life.
