Introduction

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with nearly 15 years of experience in supporting clients at the residential level of care with a nationally recognized organization, I am hoping to continue fulfilling my purpose in providing high quality therapy outside of the residential setting. I've had the privilege of walking alongside clients as they break free from the chains of depression, anxiety, trauma, self-harm and suicidality, and eating disorders; and work towards developing a better relationship with themselves through building up their feelings of self-compassion, esteem and confidence. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings about any topic can be shared without fear of judgment. Taking the first step to seeking a more fulfilling and happier life takes courage. I am here to support you in that process.
