Hello! My name is Viridiana and I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I specialize in working with Latinx, BIPOC, and first and second generation, struggling with depression, anxiety, generational trauma, low self-esteem, estrangement from family of origin, acculturation stress and imposter syndrome. My goal is to help clients increase their confidence, understand themselves, heal, and break cycles. I have been trained in EMDR, CBT, DBT, TF-CBT, and mindfulness. I use a holistic approach with my clients, tailored to their unique needs and goals.
