Introduction

Has your world and experiences left you feeling sad, stressed, overwhelmed, alone, hopeless? Sometimes this can lead to depression, anxiety, grief, trauma or thoughts of just not being here. What has happened to you can impact how you feel about yourself, others, feeling lost and confused, or wondering how to start over. I strive to provide a space to hear you. We will work together to create an approach that you feel best fits your journey. My focus is Trauma and grief. I work with Military, First Responders, Depression, Anxiety, PTSD, BPD, Narcissistic Abuse Recovery & Treating Adult Children of Emotional Immature Parents. My practice focuses on diversity, compassion, & self-discovery. I’ve dedicated my sessions to creating a space of safety and healing. I focus on Narcissistic Abuse Recovery Survivors, somatic reprocessing, & Trauma informed care, I cater EMDR, DBT, CBT, IFS, and somatic work to create a holistic approach. There is no right or wrong, good or bad, in healing. I would like the opportunity to be there with you in taking this first step. Let's identify who you want to be, heal from what happened to you, and understanding you are not your trauma. You don't have to be in this world alone.
