I work with adolescents and adults; as well as couples to explore a range of challenges related to anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, addiction and LGBTQIA+ related issues. As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and Certified Professional Life Coach, I take a collaborative approach to our work together and encourage you to be a full partner in your healing.
