Hello. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and have over 15 years of experience serving individuals, youth, and families. Reaching out for support is the first step in your journey of healing and to reducing your suffering so that you can live a more fulfilling life. My approach strives to strengthen individuals and families, and assist people with improving their quality of life and promoting lasting well-being. Most of my experience is working with those who have been exposed to trauma and endured other life challenges, including being involved with the Dependency or Delinquency Court, and those who have needed support with improving their mental health.
