- Audre Lorde I help clients reduce symptoms of anxiety, depression, complex trauma and PTSD using EMDR and Somatic Therapy. Making the decision to work on the impact of trauma in our lives can be intimidating. But, my goal is to make your healing and recovery as approachable as possible.
