My goal is to create a uniquely secure space for you to identify your blocks, understand your relationship to them, and find the tools you need to break through. Each of us has an innate potential for change and growth. I will jump into the work with you and be by your side throughout your discovery. My intention is to bring compassion, truth-telling, and optimism to the process. After nearly two decades as a meditation and mindfulness educator, I believe our connection to our mind and body bring us closer to our inspiration, motivation, and inherent resilience. Our work together will draw from mindfulness and somatic interventions including mindfulness-based stress reduction (MBSR), mindfulness-based somatic therapy (MBST), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), compassion-focused therapies, internal family systems (IFS) and sensorimotor psychotherapy (SP). I’ll work with you to design an individualized strategy to fit your needs, meet you where you are and take you step-by-step through the process. Whether you’re seeking a structured, individualized program spanning twelve weeks or a more open structure, I’m honored to walk you through the process of being a stronger, more fulfilled version of yourself.
