I am a licensed clinical social worker. I have been working in mental health for over a decade. I specialize in the treatment of anxiety disorders and mood disorders. All respond quite well to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I use an eclectic approach blending CBT, motivational interviewing, mindfulness, and solution focused therapy. Each treatment plan is unique because you are. I tend to be a present/future oriented therapist. What I mean, is that I want to know what your current issues are and how I can help you to overcome obstacles and reach your identified goals. I have experience working with complex cases; including psychotic features, suicidal thoughts, and dual diagnosis. Therapy is a partnership, if you'd like to learn more about me please reach out so that we can arrange a consultation.
