I have been practicing since early 2013 working extensively with trauma, depression, anxiety, and many other struggles. I have experience working with individual adults, adolescents, providing parental support, family therapy, and couples therapy. My approach is to be warm, nurturing, and focused on the needs my clients bring into the room. I value balance, as it means to to treat the whole person in order to keep a steady footing in multiple areas of your life. My goal is to create a safe and supportive environment within therapy to enable healing. I seek to provide you with guidance and care for the welfare of yourself and your relationships. Through a collaborative and considerate approach I will work to help you move towards positive change.
