Introduction

Life comes with challenges and changes that are as individual and unique as you are. I help those who struggle with trauma, self-esteem, stress, anxiety, and depression to get to the root of their challenges so they can gain understanding and self compassion. I also love working with LQBTQ+ folks to navigate how their identity and mental health are impacted by today's world. Additionally, I help neurodiverse folks understand how to navigate a world that isn't built for them while maintaining self compassion. My passion is empowering clients to navigate these challenges through warm, empathetic care in a safe environment. By working alongside clients and viewing them holistically, I believe it is possible to help them enact real change and personal growth. I utilize a holistic and feminist framework that helps me to understand what each client needs. I currently have availability for new clients. Please feel free to reach out and find out if we're a fit!
