Introduction

As a long-licensed, depth-oriented psychotherapist and Somatic Experiencing Practitioner, I incorporate a multi-faceted, holistic, trauma informed approach to anxiety reduction. I specialize in highly anxious, stressed-out adults engaged in developing increased self-awareness and self-regulation, while cultivating resiliency, improved relationships, and overall well-being. You can change your experience of your life by changing the way you think about yourself and the world. The way you treat yourself and regard yourself. Your relationship to yourself defines your relationship to others. When you create a healthier happier self, you are also creating happier and more satisfying relationships with others. You can create a more connected life, pushing back on the isolation of anxiety and the sense of being entrapped by obligation. There are ways to feel better now. You don’t have to do this alone.
