I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with years of experience in addressing OCD and other related disorders. I am committed to helping individuals with OCD, Specific Phobias, Social Anxiety Disorder, Body Dysmorphic Disorder, other anxiety-related concerns learn how to manage intrusive thoughts, mood, obsessions, and reduce compulsions or avoidance behaviors. My work focuses on using Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Mindfulness-based strategies, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT). I am a professional member of the International OCD Foundation (IOCDF), a frequent attendee of the annual OCD conference hosted by IOCDF, and a graduate of the Behavior Therapy Training Institute (BTTI). I’m passionate about learning and applying information and skills within my clinical practice as well as providing support and tools my clients can use and apply to their treatment and lives.
