Introduction

Currently accepting new clients! I am LGBTQ+ friendly. I am working with adults (18 and older) only at this time. Are you finding yourself overwhelmed by anxiety or stress? If you are struggling with any of these issues, call or email for an appointment now. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor. I have experience working in inpatient and outpatient settings. My therapeutic style has a person-centered and cognitive behavioral approach to problem-solving and building coping skills. I also use motivational interviewing, reality therapy, and rational emotive behavioral therapy when appropriate. Life can be complicated and full of challenges. It is okay to not be okay. You are not meant to carry your burdens alone. We can work together to lighten the load.
