I am so excited that you are here and that you’re taking positive steps toward discovering healthy perspectives, forming healthy boundaries and creating new habits that are conducive to the life that you are striving to build. I have worked with clients of all backgrounds and walks of life, who have been challenged with grief, depression, anxiety, trauma, and relationship issues, etc. My philosophy is that you are the expert in your own life. My goal is to provide you a safe space to be heard, respectfully, unapologetically and free from judgment, as we carefully sift through your experiences and emotions to gain understanding, realization and awareness. I am available for virtual visits, as well as in person visits. I look forward to collaborating with you as you unpack any baggage that has become too heavy to bear.
