Introduction

We all long for connection & belonging, & positive relationships play an essential role in helping us live happy, fulfilling lives. But old wounds and communication styles often keep us from finding satisfaction in our current relationships, leaving us feeling stuck & disillusioned. Life also has a way of pulling the rug from under our feet at times and we find ourselves feeling lost, broken, & questioning how we reached this point in our story. I specialize in working with people going through difficult life transitions, relationship challenges, loneliness, low self-worth, & loss & grief. I utilize a candid conversational style, gently challenging you to consider alternative perspectives while facilitating growth, understanding & increased self-awareness. I also embrace a holistic approach & strongly believe in the mind-body connection. I’m passionate about exploring practical solutions to empower you on your journey & strive to create a safe & compassionate space allowing you to work towards a state of acceptance & peace.
