Introduction

Hi there! My name is Victoria Lockridge and I am a licensed professional counselor associate working in Summerville, SC. I enjoy helping adults and adolescents who may be struggling with a particular mental health issue or a difficult circumstance in their life. I also believe therapy is an opportunity for those who are wanting to understand and know themselves better. I have experience working with people who struggle with anxiety, depression, obsessive compulsive disorder, relationship issues, and life transitions. I have a particular interest in also helping people who may be experiencing religious confusion, or need a safe place to process their emotions and thoughts regarding their experience with religion. I also have an interest in treating people who may be experiencing derealization or depersonalization symptoms (feeling disconnected from reality, or from themselves as a person). I am a person-centered therapist, which means you are my main priority in therapy and I encourage my clients to be active participants in their therapy.
