Introduction

Are you a busy professional? Struggling with impostor syndrome, life crisis or day to day stressors? Today you are one step closer to a new you where you feel empowered and on a positive path to growth and change. My goal is to help you uncover your true potential and lead a fulfilling life. While you cannot change the difficult situations of the past, we can work together to better understand and resolve challenges in your life. Utilizing a collaborative, strengths-based approach (Informed by Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) and techniques, you will unearth long-standing behavioral patterns or negative perceptions that cause you distress. My 16 years of experience include treating depression, anxiety, burnout, low self-esteem, life transitons, crisis, trauma and stress. Victoria enjoys working with young adults, college students, high achievers, other health and wellness professionals, creatives and entrepreneurs. The first session will be an Intake Assessment to get to know more about you and together we’ll identify targeted goals for treatment. Many questions in the assessment are personal to understanding your history and background which is essential for therapy and also ensuring we are the best match for your needs. During follow up sessions, you could expect to unpack baggage, process challenges, be challenged, gain insight, feel supported, encouraged, and may receive homework in between sessions. Transformation may feel hard at times and occurs outside of your therapy sessions. Must reside in NY, NJ and Fl.
