Introduction

Hello, I'm Victoria, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker based in Colorado. For over five years, I've been dedicated to providing mental health counseling to both adolescents and adults. My approach is versatile, incorporating a range of evidence-based and creative interventions tailored to meet your unique needs and goals. Whether we connect via Telehealth or in-person, my aim is to create a supportive environment for you to explore your thoughts and feelings. One of the most distinctive aspects of my practice is my specialization in equine-assisted therapy. I hold a certificate in Equine-Assisted Mental Health from the University of Denver and conduct sessions on a private horse property. I firmly believe that interacting with horses in a therapeutic setting can significantly enhance the mind-body connection, foster self-awareness, and promote healing and growth. This non-traditional approach allows us to work towards your goals in a serene outdoor environment, incorporating movement and the natural world into our sessions. Horses have a unique ability to provide motivation for treatment, model behaviors, and aid in emotional expression, making them invaluable partners in the healing process. No prior horse experience is necessary to benefit from this form of therapy. I also offer telehealth sessions to clients located in Colorado, Idaho, and Texas. I am passionate about helping you navigate life's challenges, whether you're dealing with anxiety, depression, stress, grief, or navigating significant life transitions. My goal is to empower you to achieve your full potential and find a path to a more fulfilling life. I accept all major insurance carriers in Colorado and Texas. If you do not see your provider listed below, please reach out to me as I may still accept your policy. If you're ready to embark on this unique therapeutic journey, I invite you to reach out. Let's work together to create the change you seek.
