I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the state of Washington supporting individuals both online and in-person. I graduated from Texas Woman's University with a Masters in Counseling and Development. I moved to beautiful Bainbridge Island, WA in 2017. I worked at Kitsap Mental Health Services as an Adult Outpatient Clinical Supervisor until opening my private practice in the fall of 2019. I take a non-judgemental and collaborative approach to mental health. My approach is personalized, integrating innovative, evidence-based techniques to help clients achieve powerful change. I take pride in my ability to develop a strong therapeutic relationship with clients. Collaboratively, we will set goals and "tend" to your pain, empowering you to grow into your full potential. When I am not helping clients, I enjoy running, reading, kayaking, and spending time with family, friends and my dog and cat. I am married and have three wonderful kids.
