Introduction

Hello and Welcome! I believe that everyone deserves to have a safe space in which we can explore all aspects of our being in order to express our most authentic selves.I work with clients experiencing anxiety and/or trauma. I focus on LGBTQ specific needs, including identity development and trans affirming care. I also focus on immigrant experiences including acculturation, family and generational differences, and first generation students and professionals. Tambien ofrezco mis servicios en español. I empower my clients through transparency and choice in their healing process. I use psychoeducation, affirmative based approaches, contemplative, somatic ad mindfulness based approaches to support my clients in their journeys towards acceptance and self advocacy.
