I believe therapy is most effective when we can connect on a human level, so I bring empathy, compassionate humor, and a touch of sass to our work together, all while keeping your goals front and center. What I find most rewarding as a therapist is witnessing clients achieve their personal goals and live their best lives—whatever that looks like for them. I prioritize helping clients set meaningful goals right from the start. Therapy is your journey, and I am here to help you make the most of it.
