Hello! My name is Victoria Cloud and I am a Anxiety and Relationship therapist. I specialize in working with individuals and couples as they manage anxiety, learn to effectively communicate, set firm boundaries and create lasting relationships. When I am working with individuals I really hone in on creating safety within the therapy room because if you dont feel safe to share and be vulnerable there will be no room for change or growth. And I know your not paying for therapy to stay the same, right. Which is why helping you achieve saftey is priority so that we can start accomplishing the real reason your here. When I am working with couples I focus in on making sure they both feel safe, seen and heard. When you come to me I am not just the therapist for one of you, which means I wont be choosing sides. The goal is to help you both win, find strengths within the marriage or relationship and gain connection again. I have been told I have a calming yet straightforward style.
