Introduction

Hi! Glad you are here. Now let’s make connecting to care easy and stress free. I am Victoria - a licensed clinical social worker. I have over seven years experience of providing virtual care meaning I can provide therapy from the comfort of your home without the hassles of commuting to my office. I am available on evenings to make therapy work for your schedule whether you just got home from work, just put your kids to bed, or simply are ready to begin focusing on you - log on from any device with video access and begin gaining support. My goal is to make therapy easy and accessible so I can help individuals navigate life’s challenges and discover their strengths. My approach to therapy is centered around providing a compassionate, non-judgmental space where you can feel safe and secure in exploring your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of working with people all with unique challenges and strengths. This experience has deepened my understanding of human diversity and strengthened my ability to adapt therapy to each person’s specific needs. Through my work, I have gained understanding on the importance of safety whether in relationships with ourself, our partners, our friends, our children, work or the greater community. My hope is to enhance that feeling and create an environment where you can let your guard down, feel comfortable and focus on you. I specialize in working with adults flowing through transitions from relationships, careers, parenting, health, grief and the transition to owning who you want to be. Using evidence-based practices such Cognitive Behavioral and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, I am here to support you as you process the emotions related to these transitions and develop coping strategies Together, we will work toward creating that sense of inner security, explore difficult emotions, past experiences, and current struggles, all while feeling grounded and accepted. My goal is to help you build resilience, confidence, uncover insights and create a deeper connection to yourself Use my scheduling link to schedule a 15 minute, free, no commitment chat to see if therapy is right for you and how I can support in making therapy work for you.
