Introduction

Hi! Glad you are here. I am Victoria - a licensed clinical social worker with over a decade of experience in helping individuals navigate life’s challenges and discover their strengths. My approach to therapy is centered around providing a compassionate, non-judgmental space where you can feel safe and secure in exploring your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of working with people all with unique challenges and strengths. This experience has deepened my understanding of human diversity and strengthened my ability to adapt therapy to each person’s specific needs. Through my work, I have gained understanding on the importance of safety whether in relationships with ourself, our partners, our friends, our children, work or the greater community. My hope is to enhance that feeling and create an environment where you can let your guard down. I specialize in working with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, parenting, postpartum, stress management using evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), mindfulness, Solution Focused Therapy, and motivational enhancement. Whether you are working through stress, navigating relationship issues, or seeking personal growth, I am here to help you find a path that feels secure and supportive. Together, we will work toward creating that sense of inner security, explore difficult emotions, past experiences, and current struggles, all while feeling grounded and accepted. My goal is to help you build resilience, confidence, uncover insights and create a deeper connection to yourself
