I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in Santa Rosa, California. I received my Master’s Degree in Counseling Psychology from the Wright Institute in 2016. I have also received training from Postpartum Support International in conjunction with Policy Center for Maternal Mental Health to support those trying to conceive and new parents alike. I have experience working with diverse populations in Community-Based Outpatient Mental Health Settings. I have worked with everyone from folks looking for guidance through a life transition to those living with severe and persistent mental health difficulties. I am passionate about helping folks of all backgrounds to live their most authentic lives.
