Introduction

It is my mission is to support individuals in creating a life they desire. Believing we are not defined by what has happened to us. As we all experiences life situations that are out of our control. Sometimes we need extra support, a listening ear and guide through life. Offering a gentle, empathetic approach to therapy. All while exploring grace for oneself and situation. Through our work together, we can help address these life struggles by exploring where they came from and how to approach them. It is my privilege to join in finding deeper satisfaction and enjoyment in life. Behind every person is a personal story. A story that impacts their life, guides their personal/professional practice, and enhances their competency toward humanity. Within her heart and soul, she always knew that her life dream was to assist others. Believing we are ‘rooted’ in our life experiences. However, we are not defined by these things. ‘ROOTED’ in those life experiences she set out to provide collaborative and quality person-centered care. Walking along side you through your journey. I have many years of experience with adolescents and adults. Primary focus has included: group and individual counseling, assessing risk of harm to self and/or others, crisis services, court ordered mental health and/or substance use assessment/treatment and program development.
