Introduction

Most of us want to live our best life, yet so many of us feel like we can’t quite get there. Something always seems to be standing in the way. If this is true for you, maybe this leaves you feeling anxious, depressed, disconnected or critical of yourself. Maybe you are struggling with past trauma or addiction issues that just won’t let go. You’ve tried talk therapy. Maybe you’ve even tried 12 step programs or self help workshops. Nothing seems to get you the momentum you desire to get you past your past. You want change, you crave understanding and better relationships. The question is…how do I get there? I use a combination of EMDR and somatic therapies in conjunction with talk therapy to help you heal past trauma, gain freedom from negative self talk, and build meaningful connections in your life. If addiction is the central issue, I use these modalities to unravel the underlying causes and symptoms of addiction to prevent relapse and cultivate real change. Life can be overwhelming and sometimes even exhausting and I’m here to guide you through any obstacles you may face. Let’s work together to transform old beliefs and heal emotional wounds in a safe, caring environment. Call to schedule an initial free phone consultation at 323-350-5964
