Victor Roveda is a highly experienced mental health counselor with 8 years of experience working with individuals dealing with a wide range of mental health issues. He specializes in utilizing cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) to help his clients identify and change negative thought patterns and behaviors that are impacting their mental well-being. Victor is a firm believer that therapy is intended to help with almost every aspect of life, from seemingly benign to the most overwhelming. He understands that mental health is a spectrum and that therapy can be beneficial for anyone, regardless of the severity of their issues. He is dedicated to providing a safe and non-judgmental space for his clients to work through their challenges and make positive changes in their lives. With Victor’s guidance and support, many of his clients have been able to overcome their difficulties and live happier, healthier lives. He aims to break the common misconception that therapy is only to treat severe mental health issues and wants to make sure that everyone has access to the support they need. I offer a therapeutic modality called Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) in partnership with an organization called Journey Clinical. Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) is a holistic modality in which ketamine is used as a complement to psychotherapy to help eligible patients experience more frequent breakthroughs and sustained improvement in symptoms. I take on the psychotherapy portion of the experience, while Journey Clinical’s medical team supports you on all medical aspects. This includes determining eligibility, developing a custom treatment plan, prescribing the medicine and monitoring outcomes. Out-of-Network Plans: A monthly superbill can be provided that you can submit should your plan allow for out-of-network reimbursement. It is the client's responsibility to contact their insurance provider to check if you have out-of-network coverage for counseling services. Victor is licensed in New Jersey and Florida https://flhealthsource.gov/telehealth/
