My approach is holistic, heart based, and draws on my training in MBSR, IFS, EMDR, somatic, and transpersonal therapies. I've written an award-winning book on healing trauma and addiction through self-compassion, and mindfulness. I specialize in c-PTSD, and cultivating wellness after life-transforming transpersonal, traumatic, or near-death experiences. We can't always control what happens to us, but we can always work towards developing more heartful and easeful ways of responding.
