I am an LCSW therapist and have been working with clients ages 16 and up for the last fourteen years. I started as a Domestic violence advocate in 2008 and went on for my master's degree completing my training at Strong Memorial Partial hospitalization and at Genesee/Orleans Council on Alcoholism and Substance Abuse. I work with individuals, couples, as well as families who have a history of domestic violence, trauma, depression, anxiety, anger, and bullying. My specialties are PTSD, Depression, Dual Diagnosis, Anxiety, and ADHD. I use a combination of cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing, narrative therapy, mindfulness, DBT, psychodynamic therapy and tapping. My goal is meeting my clients where they are and assisting them in recognizing their strengths and building upon them to aid clients in building self-esteem and growing as individuals. The populations that I enjoy working with are Adults, Elderly, Couples, LGBTQ, and Teenagers. Fun fact: I love animals and I have two pets named Zeus and Zoey.
