If you need help managing stress, anxiety and depressed moods, changing patterns in relationship or adjusting to unexpected events, losses and transitions, I've nearly 20 years of experience providing psychotherapy for change. Most of my clients report positive changes within 1-3 sessions. Evidence-based practices of Mindfulness-based Cognitive Therapy, Solution-focused Brief Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy are recommended to strengthen coping skills and manage uncomfortable emotions. Internal Family Systems, Voice Therapy and psychoanalytic approaches can increase insight into and disrupt intergenerational patterns. Diversity is welcomed here. If you are introspective, able to reflect on your experience and work through discomfort, are motivated for change and willing to apply the work outside of session, we'll make a great fit. ***Call or email me to request a free consultation. Please note that I do not treat active addictions, eating disorders or acute psychiatric conditions and offer teletherapy only. *** I accept private pay and am currently in network with Aetna, Carelon, Cigna, Decent, Optum and BC/BS of Massachusetts. If your insurance has out of network benefits (OON), I can provide you with a receipt for services known as a Superbill that you can submit for reimbursement. *********************************************************** "Vicki is an exceptional listener with tremendous insight and expertise. Her calm and kind presence allows you to feel comfortable and heard, allowing the space to get to the core of the issues. She has great attention to detail as she pin pointed patterns I wasn’t seeing myself. Vicki is a wonderfully gifted counselor whom I would seek guidance from again in the future. Thank you Vicki!" - DS "Vicki has been a light at the end of the tunnel for me, her intelligence and expertise stood out to me from our first session together. Strongly recommend her to anyone who is looking for professional mental health services. Thank you Vicki!" - JS "She is so calming to talk to. I'm new to therapy and was very afraid of it but now I feel I can ask her tough questions in a safe environment." - AM "Vicki makes me feel seen, heard, and understood. She has such a gift of helping people better understand themselves. Would 10/10 recommend working with Vicki as she is such a safe space." - SC
