Through guidance you can learn how to create relationship skills and build upon the skills you already possess. Individual therapy sessions will give you the opportunity to confidently talk through life issues or situations with the assistance of a trained professional. Although I cannot make your problems disappear, I can equip you with the tools to better deal with them.
