Introduction

My methods of counseling will provide you with the tools needed for you to work through your questions and struggles. Through guidance you can learn how to create relationship skills and build upon the skills you already possess. Individual therapy sessions will give you the opportunity to confidently talk through life issues or situations with the assistance of a trained professional. Although I cannot make your problems disappear, I can equip you with the tools to better deal with them. Some of the benefits of therapy include: gaining a better understanding of yourself, learning how to handle difficult emotions, identifying underlying causes of symptoms, providing coping strategies, managing symptoms and facilitating lifestyle changes.
