Introduction

My name is Vickey Hart, and I am a clinical mental health counselor. I have nearly a decade of experience working in the behavioral health field and have experience working with diverse populations of children and adults throughout the Phoenix Metropolitan area. My professional perspective on healing is strengths-based and client-centric, coupled with evidence-based practical approaches. I have experience serving populations that include children, adults, families, and couples. I specialize in treating anxiety, depression, and trauma-related disorders. Treatment approaches include Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Brainspotting (BSP), Expressive Processing, and Play Therapy. I hold a safe, judgment-free, lively therapeutic environment to facilitate inclusivity and mental wellness. I believe that you are an expert on your own life, and the keys to conquering life's challenges are already within your reach and at your disposal. I appreciate your consideration for the opportunity to join you on your journey to healing and mental wellness. I look forward to hearing from you soon.
