Life is full of beautiful moments as well as challenges. You don't have to do it alone. Beginning therapy is a brave step forward that can ultimately change your life. You can learn a lot about yourself and your own needs through the therapeutic process, as well as make choices that are meaningful to you. Often this goes hand-in-hand with an empathetic, caring, and relatable professional collaborating with you. I've had the pleasure of helping people of all ages work towards a wide range of therapeutic goals. While completing my Masters in mental health counseling at Boston College, I completed my pre-Masters internship at Harvard-affiliated McLean Hospital’s OCD Institute. During this time, I assisted adult residents with exposure and response prevention (ERP) therapy, as well as lead a group exploring guilt. My post-Masters experience included working at a community mental health agency in Lawrence, Massachusetts providing In-Home Therapy (IHT) to families of youths with behavioral and emotional challenges, as well as individual therapy to children, adolescents, and adults with various mental health needs. I'm also employed at a group private practice called Cambridge Psychology Group in Arlington, Massachusetts providing individual therapy to children, adolescents, and adults with various mental health needs.
