Introduction

My name is Veronica Cruz-Martinez, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I have provided therapy for almost 10 years working with a wide range of individuals (children and adults), couples, and family systems. I have always worked in the helping profession working in a variety of mental health settings for the past 20 years (with the majority working in nonprofit settings). I integrate holistic practices and don't shy away from discussions about spirituality and spiritual beliefs and practices. I believe that we could all benefit from having a person to talk to.
