We are passionate about helping individuals discover new and creative ways to overcome and better cope with their unique challenges. We believe by creating a safe, warm, non-judgmental and supportive environment this and much more is possible. The specific way in which we work will be determined by your unique challenges. We believe it all begins with radical acceptance. A safe place can provide you with the freedom to address your current struggles and long standing patterns of unhealthy thinking and behavior that steal your peace. In short, we believe that all people have the potential to shine and be lifted out of some of the darkest places, from grief, to depression, to post-traumatic stress; there is a hope and a way. We can become swallowed by fear and crippled by the past and feel powerless in the present. Many difficult situations and experiences can manifest in our lives in the form of depression, anxiety, drug and alcohol abuse, low self-esteem and toxic relationships. When perceptions are challenged, and you examine all factors which contribute to your behaviors and thoughts is when change can happen and happiness begins. In addition to therapy and coaching options, we also have an alternative medicine practitioner that can evaluate individual needs and tailor a plan just for you.
