Hello! My name is Venessa and I am a LCSW and Certified EMDR & Brainspotting Therapist. I am passionate about helping women learn to heal from complex trauma as they navigate many roles in life. The majority of my practice focuses on attachment trauma, religious trauma, grief and reclaiming motherhood and the exceptions placed on us. My approach is trauma focused using a combination of EMDR therapy, Brainspotting, Mindfulness and other evidence based practices. I look forward to meeting you!
