Introduction

Venesa Chee is a Licensed Master Social Worker. She received her Master's degree from Arizona State University. She has a passion for advocating for others and helping others become self-empowered. She helps clients navigate low self-esteem, low confidence, and negative limiting core beliefs to align with the highest version of yourself. She offers a safe, non-judgmental, and warm space for her clients to explore vulnerability, process traumas, and learn skills to improve daily functioning. She guides her clients in learning coping skills, life skills, assertive communication, and boundary setting. Venesa believes in meeting clients where they are and she embraces a collaborative approach of allowing her clients to be an expert on their life. She has worked as a program director and primary counselor at a community mental health clinic and worked in family reunification services. Venesa will work with you to create individualized, achievable goals, and above all else, her intention is to provide a healing space where you can come exactly as you are and help you create positive change for you to live your full potential. Her modalities include EMDR, Mindfulness, CBT, and Motivational Interviewing.
