I am a licensed therapist and sought-after intuitive guide, therapist, and coach who has practiced as a licensed clinical social worker for 12+ years. As a therapist, I feel strongly that we heal effectively when treated as a whole person. My work focuses on making the unconscious conscious. The symptoms clients experience are part of a deeper problem, which we will uncover together. I view psychotherapy as a collaborative process through which I work with clients to gain a better understanding of how environment, systems, culture, and relationships interact with historical and present thoughts and emotions. I believe that therapy should be accessible, so I created a virtual practice to help others grow, heal, and learn a path toward self-acceptance. Currently, I work with clients who are 18 and over, on a healing journey, and who want to unlearn unhelpful patterns that resist their radical acceptance. My therapeutic approach is integrative; it is heart-centered and intuitive to support your whole self while teaching practical ways to regulate your nervous system, navigate life challenges, and become your best resource. Most of my professional training has been in trauma healing, energy psychology, acceptance and commitment therapy, and dialectical behavior therapy; I am also pending certification as an ADHD clinical service provider, a certified autism spectrum disorder clinical specialist, and a brainspotting therapist. During our process, we will explore what brought you to therapy and decide on an ongoing basis what is the most appropriate way to help you make progress toward the life you desire. I provide individual virtual psychotherapy to residents of FL, NY, and NJ. I work best with those who are open to change, who struggle with their wellness, who want to develop coping skills and quiet negative core beliefs, and who are ready to unlearn the habits that don't work for them any longer. I will assist you in feeling confident and motivated, gaining self-awareness, and maintaining a healthy relationship with yourself and others while increasing self-compassion. My core values surround honesty and empathy and these really shape the direction of my practice. Through my own self-work, I've learned that my listening skills and compassion for others are my biggest strengths. As your therapist, I place a high value on being my true self with you. I look forward to helping you find answers relevant to your life experiences. I'm glad that you are here; taking this step shows your determination to cultivate your well-being.
